Under the Ladli Brahmin scheme, economically weaker women are given Rs 1250 per month. Now the current CM Mohan Yadav has sent this amount to the account of women. There are many questions among women about this scheme, one of which is whether unmarried women also get the benefit of Ladli Brahmin scheme or not.
Under the Ladli Brahmin scheme, earlier money was deposited in the accounts of only married, divorced and widow, but the then M Shivraj Singh announced that all women above 21 years of age will be included in the scheme. Under this scheme two women of the same family can apply, husband, wife and children are considered a family. Women from joint family can apply.
