TVS Motor Company on Wednesday 2022 iQube electric scooter 98,564 (On-Road, Delhi including FAME and State Subsidy) launched at a starting price of Rs. The scooter has been launched in three variants – TVS iQube, iQube S and iQube ST. S variant price 1,08,690 (on-road, Delhi including FAME and state subsidy) has been set, while the price of the ST variant is yet to be revealed.
Customers can book iCube and iQube S from today while iCube ST can be pre-booked. The deliveries of the scooter will start immediately. Both the iQube and iQube S electric scooters are currently available in 33 cities, and will be available in 52 additional cities soon.
The design of the 2022 iQube model is driven by three fundamental principles – choice, comfort and simplicity of operation. Based on customer range, storage, color and connectivity features electric scooter You can choose from three variants. An option from three variants of the off-board charger will be available depending on their needs – 650W, 950W and 1.5kW.
TVS iCube Range and Top Speed:
The base and S variants of the scooter offer 100 km range on a single charge, while the top-of-the-line ST variant offers 140 km range. The range of all three variants is higher than the previous model which offers a range of 75 km on a single charge. The top speed of both the iCube and iCube S will be 78 km/h while the top speed of the ST variant will be 82 km/h.
TVS iCube:
The base variant iQube of the 2022 TV gets a 5-inch TFT screen with turn-by-turn navigation assist and comes in three colours. It comes with a TVS motor designed battery specification of 3.4 kWh.
TVS iQube S:
The iCube S has the same battery but has a 7-inch TFT screen, which includes active notifications including interaction, music controls, theme personalization, vehicle health. It comes in four colours.
TVS iQube ST:
Based on these features, the iQube ST is powered by a 5.1 kWh battery pack powered by TVS Motor. It sports a 7-inch TFT touch screen with a host of intelligent ride connectivity with proactive notifications including five-way joystick interactivity, music controls, vehicle health, 4G telematics and OTA updates. The scooter offers infinite theme personalization, voice assist and TVS iCube Alexa skillset. It will come in four color options and 32 liters of two-helmet under-seat storage.
Taking its first step towards electrification, the company first launched the electric scooter in the Indian market two years ago. The two-wheeler maker claims that it has crossed 30 million kilometers of electric traffic on Indian roads so far.
