A new storm has arisen in Uttar Pradesh politics these days. On one side, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, and on the other side his former MLA Pooja Pal. The zubani war between the two has intensified that there is a stir in the entire state. Pooja Pal, who was once part of Akhilesh’s party, is now raising questions directly on her. He has written a sharp letter to put the Samajwadi Party and its head in the dock. This is not just a political debate, but a woman’s fight for justice for her late husband and respect for her society.
Samajwadi Party and BJP, political stakes
Akhilesh Yadav recently said that he made Pooja Pal an MLA by giving him a ticket, while the BJP opposed him by fielding a candidate against him. Pooja Pal has given a befitting reply to this statement. She has said in her letter that Akhilesh has probably forgotten that in the three elections held after her husband Raju Pal’s ruthless killing, the Samajwadi Party had put Ashraf, the brother of Mafia Atik Ahmed, against her. Pooja Pal alleged that when she needed the most support, the SP raised a dreaded mafia against a widow and daughter of the most backward Pal Samaj. He thanked the people of his region and the Pal Samaj, who supported him and dusted these “criminal killers”.
Desire to become a minister or fight for justice?
Akhilesh Yadav also took a dig at Pooja Pal becoming a minister. On this, Pooja Pal clarified that she had no desire to become a minister, but her only purpose was to punish her husband’s killers. He said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave him justice and “merged with her husband’s killers”, which fulfilled the purpose of her life. He accused Akhilesh that he is still giving protection to criminals to become the Chief Minister, as a result of which the generations to come will suffer.
Question of security: What happened when he was in power?
Pooja Pal also questioned Akhilesh’s statement in which she said that after meeting the Chief Minister, how the danger of Pooja Pal increased, while the Chief Minister is responsible for security. Pooja Pal retaliated and said that when her husband was killed and firing from AK-47 in Prayagraj, terror was spread by the SP’s government in the state. He said that since that incident, no government has committed such a sin, and that is why he is afraid that the SP mafia may kill him.
Existing from the party, mention of mafia, what was the reason?
Pooja Pal said that the Samajwadi Party expelled her when she took the name of Atik Ahmed in the assembly. He dismissed that he was taken out due to voting against the SP in the Rajya Sabha elections. Pooja Pal clearly said that the SP could not tolerate the evil of criminals, so she was expelled from the party. He also alleged that his expulsion has boosted the morale of Mafia Atik Ahmed’s family, which makes him fear of his life.
Question on PDA politics
Akhilesh Yadav recently announced his new political equation referring to ‘PDA’ (backward, Dalit, minority). On this, Pooja Pal taunted and said that why Akhilesh Yadav has to change so many colors. He said that Akhilesh is unable to trust the PDA and trust. Describing himself as the daughter of a small and unfortunate Pal Samaj, he said that what is the need of so many changes for the former Chief Minister like Akhilesh.
Pal Samaj Saath, like a rock
Pooja Pal made it clear at the end of her letter that she had no threat to the BJP or any of its leaders. He said that he has lived with a long life threats. He said that it is not so easy for Akhilesh to erase him, because the people of his region, the entire backward class of Uttar Pradesh and the Pal Samaj are standing like a rock. Questioning Akhilesh’s policies, he said that when he had a government, how many backward he had made a minister and honored. He alleges that Akhilesh had distributed the entire state among the ministers of his society and Muslim society.
