Italian superbike maker Ducati has launched a special anniversary edition of its ‘Panigale V2’. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 21.3 lakh. According to Ducati India, this special edition bike, introduced in limited numbers, is inspired by the Ducati 996R of the first World Superbike title won by Troy Bayliss in 2001.
The company said that this new variant is three kg lighter than the regular model of the Panigale V2 due to the lithium-ion battery and one seater. It is powered by a 955 cc twin-cylinder engine.
Engine of Ducati Panigale V2 – Liquid cooled, twin cylinder 955cc engine has been used in this bike. This engine generates power of 152.9 bhp at 10,750 rpm and torque of 104 Nm at 9,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Features of Ducati Panigale V2 – In this bike of Ducati, it gets projector LED headlight, LED tail light, LED indicator and LED DRL. The exhaust made of carbon fiber and titanium metal has been used in the bike. The bike has three riding modes with quick shifter.

For safety, the Panigale V2 Bellis Edition features Bosch cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Power Mode, Ducati Wheelie Control and Auto Tire Calibration. The bike also has a 4.3-inch digital instrument display with Bluetooth and many other connectivity features. The bike gets upside down telescopic forks at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear.
