Royal Enfield is taking care of minor updates in the new model of Bullet. To make riding fun and convenient. However, Royal Enfield has removed the standard feature of tripper navigation from its two popular bikes, the Meteor and the Himalayan. The company had introduced this feature as standard across all variants of cruiser and adventure tourer bikes. After the latest update, tripper navigation on these bikes will be available only through Royal Enfield’s MIY configurator. Customers will be able to buy it as an optional accessory from the company’s official website.
Removal of tripper navigation will reduce the price
The situation is not clear about why the company has removed this tripper navigation from both the bikes. However, it is believed that this decision may have been taken due to the lack of semiconductor chip. However, according to some experts, the removal of this feature will also affect the price of both the bikes. It is believed that this can bring down the price by up to Rs 5000. Tripper navigation is being offered as an optional accessory from the beginning on other models like the new-generation Classic 350 and Scram 411.

Tripper pod used to show turn-by-turn navigation
Tripper navigation was a very useful feature for the rider. It used to be connected to the smartphone with the help of Bluetooth. After which the tripper pod showed turn-by-turn navigation. Recently, Royal Enfield has added three new color options to the Meteor 350 lineup. Fireball Blue and Bareball Matte Green colors have been added to its Fireball variant. At the same time, red color has been added to the supernova variant. The new Fireball matte green is a new colourway, which is offered on the matte-finish green fuel tank. In which matching side panel stickers and green rim taps will be available on the alloy. Fireball Blue will be found on the tack with a deep, vibrant, glossy finish blue. The yellow badging on the tank along with yellow side panel stickers and matching tire rim tap. On the other hand, Supernova Red comes with a dual tone premium Regal Red and Black color fuel tank and matching side panels.

Royal Enfield has decided to increase the pre-booking amount for all its models from Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000. The new booking prices are effective from May 1, 2022. The company currently has 7 models of Bullet 350, Classic 350, Meteor 350, Himalayan, Scram 411, Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Royal Enfield is also preparing some new models. In the 350cc category, the company is preparing the Hunter 350 and the new-gen Bullet 350. Which will be produced by the new J series platform. At the same time, in the 650cc category, it is also preparing many new models including Super Meteor and Shotgun.
