Apart from this, the company has discontinued some models of Super Splendor 125. Hero has increased the price of the Splendor range from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000. Hero has decided to discontinue some models of its bikes. In this, the old version of Hero Super Splendor and 100 Million Edition (Splendor Plus 100 Million), Super Splendor Drum and Super Splendor Disc of the motorcycle have been discontinued.
Splendor engine is very powerful
The Hero Supersplendor commuter bike is powered by a BS-VI 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that generates 10.72 bhp power and 10.6 Nm output. The Splendor Plus is powered by a 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that makes 7.91bhp at 8,000rpm and 8.05Nm at 6,000rpm.
