Kia Motors has launched two of its popular vehicles Kia Seltos and Kia Sonet facelift. These will get multiple feature updates, new color options and a new variant lineup. Apart from this, some features found in the higher variants have now been added to the lower variants. While the price of Kia Sonet now starts at Rs 7.15 lakh, the new starting price of Kia Seltos has gone up to Rs 10.19 lakh.
Features 4 airbags as standard
For safety, Kia India has now included side airbags in the new Seltos and Sonnet. Now all their lower variants will get 4 airbags. The company has also introduced these new editions of Seltos and Sonnet in two new colors, ‘Imperial Blue’ and ‘Sparkling Silver’. Both these cars are equipped with the completely new Kia Connect app to provide advanced connectivity to its customers. The company has also introduced India’s first Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) technology along with the diesel engine in the Kia Seltos.

Features of the new Seltos
The new Kia Seltos has been updated with 13 new changes. The company has introduced India’s first Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) technology with 1.5 diesel engine in the Kia Seltos HTK+ variant. Kia India has also included paddle shifters with multi-drive and traction modes in all automatic variants of the new Seltos for a better driving experience than ever before. Other safety features include side airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Brake Assist (BA), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Highline Tire Pressure Monitoring System (Highline TPMS) and all-wheel disc brakes. Features are also included as standard. Apart from this, the HTX+ variant also gets curtain airbags. Also, changes have been made to the Seltos logo design on the D-cut steering wheel, SUS scuff plate and tailgate.

Features of the new sonnet
The new Kia Sonnet has been updated with 9 new changes. To enhance safety, the new Sonnet will be equipped with side airbags and Highline tire pressure monitoring system. The company is also offering key safety features like Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Brake Assist (BA), Hill Assist Control (HAC) as standard on the IMT trims. In addition, curtain airbags will now be offered in the HTX+ variant. Customers of the new Kia Sonnet will get an advanced 4.2-inch cm color instrument cluster from the HTX variant itself. The semi leatherette seat will now be offered from the HTE variant only. Like the new Seltos, the new Sonnet will also get several design changes such as the D-cut steering wheel and the Sonnet logo on the tailgate.
