New Delhi. Auto mobile company Skoda Auto India launched the Ambition Classic variant of its popular SUV Kushk only last week. Now it has launched the lowest price active piece variant of this mid-size SUV in the market. The company has kept the ex-showroom price of this new model at Rs 9.99 lakh. With this, the starting price of Skoda Kushk has become the lowest among all the SUV cars in the competition. In the markets, this SUV vehicle is going to compete directly with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Volkswagen Tigun. The Skoda Kushk price in India has now come down to Rs.9.99 lakhs, starting ex-showroom, up to Rs.18.19 lakhs for the top model. Talking about its entry-level active piece variant, some features have also been missing in it. It lacks features like infotainment system, speakers, USB A or C-type ports with Active Pace. Due to this there has been a big drop in the price of the SUV.
Although the company has reduced some features, many features are still given to the Kushk Active piece, including steering mounted audio controls. This means that customers can later buy from the market and get the infotainment system fitted in the SUV. The company has also offered a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the car as an option. The company has not made any significant technical changes in the new and cheapest Kushak. The SUV is only expected to feature a 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI turbo petrol engine that makes 115 PS of power and 178 Nm of peak torque.
Apart from this, the company has also installed 6-speed manual gearbox in this vehicle. At the same time, the company has installed a 6-speed automatic transmission with the expensive variants of Kushk. Apart from this, the company has also installed a powerful 1.5-liter four-cylinder TSI engine with Kushk.
