New Delhi. There will be some delay in the delivery of the first batch of S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters that was launched shortly before Ola Electric. Earlier this delivery was supposed to happen by the end of this month, but now it has been postponed. Now this delivery will be between December 15 and December 30. The company has sent a mail regarding this delay in delivery to all the customers who have made advance booking of the e-scooter. In this mail, the company also apologized to the customers and assured that the scooters would be delivered to the customers at the earliest.
Reason for delay in delivery
Ola Electric has to postpone the deliveries of its S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters to next month due to a global shortage of semiconductor chips, according to a report. Due to the Corona epidemic, there has been a decrease in the production of semiconductor chips worldwide and due to this the pace of other production businesses related to them has also slowed down.
