UK-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer One Moto is preparing to launch its first electric scooters in the Indian market. According to the information, both these scooters will be launched for sale in the market tomorrow i.e. on November 18. Both these upcoming scooters of the company Byka and Commuta will be launched through digital platform.
Other details related to booking, mechanism and delivery etc of these two electric scooters will be given by One Moto India CEO Shubhankar Choudhary tomorrow. Which will explain in detail about the scooter’s fast-charging capability, mobility tracking, driving range and battery swapping etc. Actually, Elysium Automotives is the parent company of One Moto India.
Elysium Automotives, an Indian startup company, has also announced plans to set up a network of battery charging/swapping stations across the country. One Moto India officially comes under One Moto Global, headquartered in Hyderabad. In the last few years, the demand for electric vehicles across the country has seen a lot, especially in the two-wheeler segment, the interest of the people has increased the most.
Apart from this, Bangalore-based smart mobility solution company Bounce is also preparing to launch its first electric scooter in the country soon. On the other hand, leading automaker Hero MotoCorp is also going to launch its first electric vehicle. Ola has also entered the electric scooter market, which has started its test ride along with booking the scooter in the past. However, in the coming times, customers are going to get more than one option to choose from electric scooters.
