The CEO of global software services company Kissflow presented five BMW 530d cars, each costing more than Rs 1 crore, to five senior management executives as a mark of respect to their loyalty and commitment. Kissflow gave this gift to its five employees to support these executives continuously in the growth of the company and to support the company even in difficult circumstances of COVID-19.
The ceremony of handing over these vehicles was kept secret. Hours before the car delivery ceremony, these employees were told that they were going to own an expensive luxury car. Suresh Sambandam, CEO, Kissflow Inc. said that many of the gift car recipients come from a humble background and had to face many problems before joining the company.
The company also faced several hurdles in its journey and during the Covid-19 pandemic some investors had even raised doubts about the company’s successful running. It was a tough time before. During the pandemic, investors were not sure that this company would even survive. Today we are very happy that we have paid back the investors and have now become a fully privately owned company.
