Siddharthnagar News: A meeting of the Peace Committee was held in the Collectorate Auditorium to complete the upcoming festivals like Baravafat and Ganesh Puja/Ganesh idol immersion in the district in peaceful and cordial atmosphere. The meeting was chaired by the District Magistrate Dr. Raja Ganapati R. While Superintendent of Police Dr. Abhishek Mahajan was specially present.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate inquired about the problems of their areas from the elite citizens of the Hindu-Muslim community from all the police station areas of the district. Citizens said that there is no special problem at present and everyone will celebrate the festival together.

In any case there is no chaos

In the meeting, the District Magistrate directed all the sub -officers, juristers and police station heads to complete all the preparations for the festivals in time and in any case there should be no chaos. He gave special instructions regarding cleanliness, drinking water, power system, procession routes and preparation of immersion sites.

The municipality and district panchayat officers were ordered to ensure cleanliness in urban and rural areas. Also, it was instructed that no new tradition should start and the chaos should be strictly monitored.

During the immersion of the statue, there will be complete restriction on the use of weapons and the DJs will play only according to the prescribed standards. Video graph and photography of immersion program will be compulsorily done.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajat Kumar Chaurasia, Additional District Magistrate (V/Ra) Gaurav Srivastava, Additional Superintendent of Police Prashant Kumar and all the officers were present in the meeting.
