Bharti Airtel Stock price today: Shares of telecom major Bharti Airtel saw a rise of 4 percent today. Bharti Airtel shares were the biggest gainers on BSE today. Shares of Bharti Airtel closed at Rs 737, up 3.90% today. Actually, this rise in the shares of the company has come after the news in which the company has said to buy 4.7 percent stake in Indus Towers.
The deal is worth Rs 2,388 crore
According to Bharti Airtel, the company will buy around 4.7 per cent stake in Indus Towers from Vodafone Group-affiliated Euro Pacific Securities at Rs 187.88 per share. This deal is about Rs 2,388.06 crore.

Market cap at Rs 4.02 lakh crore
The large-cap stock rose 3.98 per cent to touch a high of Rs 707.03 against the previous close of Rs 709.25 on BSE. Bharti Airtel’s market cap rose to Rs 4.02 lakh crore on the BSE. Later, the stock closed at Rs 733.35 with a gain of 3.40 per cent. Bharti Airtel stock is trading higher than the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.

Shares up 40.41 per cent in a year
The stock has gained 40.41 per cent in one year and has gained 7.24 per cent since the beginning of this year. The stock has gained 3.87% in the last five trading sessions. Brokerage firm Motilal Oswal has set a target price of Rs 910 for Bharti Airtel and is giving ‘Buy’ advice.
