Country’s top lender State Bank of India has asked its customers not to scan any unknown QR code regarding QR code scan. Also the public lender has alerted people to enter the UPI PIN. SBI has also shared a short video that explains how scanning an unknown QR code can also lead to money missing from your bank.
SBI has told in the tweet that if someone says QR code to scan and get money? So this method is absolutely wrong. Beware of QR Code Scams. Think before you scan, don’t scan unknown, unverified QR codes. Also, for any such problem, you can go to the SBI branch and get information.
