Gold Price Today 5th May 2022: For those buying gold and silver jewelery during the wedding season, this news is going to be a bit disappointing. Today i.e. on Thursday, May 5, there is a tremendous jump in the price of gold and silver in the bullion markets.
In bullion markets, 24 carat pure gold became expensive by Rs 565 per 10 grams and opened at Rs 51620 today. On the other hand, silver became expensive by Rs 1122 and opened at the rate of Rs 63660 per kg. Now gold has become cheaper by only Rs 4506 per 10 grams from its all time high Rs 56254. Whereas, silver is cheaper by Rs 12,340 per kg from its highest rate two years ago.
According to the spot rate released by the India Bullion Association, today 24-carat gold is falling in the bullion markets with 3% GST at Rs 53168 per 10 grams. At the same time, after adding GST, the price of silver 67475 has gone up to Rs 65659 per kg.
18 carat gold price with gst
The price of 18 carat gold is now Rs 38715 per 10 grams. It will cost Rs 49876 per 10 grams with 3% GST. At the same time, now the price of 14 carat gold has gone up to Rs 30198 per 10 grams. With GST, it will be Rs 31103 per 10 grams.
This is the rate of 23 carat gold
If we talk about 23 carat gold, then today it opened at the rate of Rs 51413 per 10 grams. On this also 3 percent GST will be levied separately i.e. you will get Rs 52955 per 10 grams, while jewelery making charge and jeweler’s profit are separate on this. At the same time, the price of 22 carat gold opened at Rs 47284 per 10 grams. With 3% GST, it will cost Rs 48702. The making charges and jewelers’ profit are also separate on the jewelery made from it.
