On Wednesday, 24-carat pure gold opened above 53000 in the bullion markets. At the same time, silver has now crossed 69000. However, gold has become cheaper by only Rs 3087 per 10 grams from its all-time high of Rs 56254. Whereas, silver is cheaper by only Rs 6975 per kg from its highest rate two years ago.
According to the spot rate released by the India Bullion Association, 24 carat pure gold became costlier by Rs 417 in bullion markets today and opened at Rs 53622 per 10 grams. If 3 percent GST is added on this, then it is sitting around Rs 54200. At the same time, after adding GST on silver, it will get Rs 69868 per kg.

If we talk about 23 carat gold, then today it opened at the rate of Rs 52411 per 10 grams. On this also 3 percent GST will be levied separately i.e. you will get 53983 rupees per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of 22 carat gold opened at Rs 48202 per 10 grams. With 3% GST, it will cost Rs 49648. The making charges and jewelers’ profit are separate on the jewelery made from it.
The best selling 18 carat gold is now priced at Rs 39467. With 3% GST, it will cost Rs 40651 per 10 grams. At the same time, now the price of 14 carat gold has gone up to Rs 30784 per 10 grams. With GST, it will be Rs 31707 per 10 grams.
