There is good news for investors earning money by betting on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). In fact, seven companies, including lifestyle products company FabIndia and specialty chemicals manufacturer Ather Industries, have got approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for IPO.
Apart from these, Sirma SGS Technologies, Asianet Satellite Communications, Sanatan Textiles, Capillary Technologies (India) Limited and Harsha Engineers International Limited have also got the nod for IPO from SEBI.
According to SEBI, the applications made by these companies were issued ‘conclusion’ during April 27-30. Sebi’s conclusion is necessary for any company to bring IPO.

These companies had submitted preliminary documents for IPO with SEBI during December 2021 to February 2022. Equity shares of these seven companies will be listed on BSE and NSE.
