Fulfilling this objective, the government launched the Swachh Bharat Mission scheme, under which the Center had launched a campaign to build toilets from house to house. Through this successful campaign, toilets have also been built in lakhs of people’s homes. Now the government has again started the Swachh Bharat Mission. Those people who have not been able to get toilets built due to some reason will be included in the re-launched toilet campaign. 12 thousand rupees are being provided for this scheme by the Ministry of Jal Shakti on behalf of the Government of India. People who are eligible for this scheme can apply.
For this the applicant has to visit the website of Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India https://sbm.gov.in/sbm_dbt/secure/login.aspx. To get the benefit of this scheme, you have to apply online. According to the information given by the Chief Executive Officer of Sirsa Zilla Parishad, Sushil Kumar, after filling the form of the beneficiaries, the district, block and village level officers / employees will verify the eligibility of the applicant. After verification, the beneficiaries will be able to construct two pit toilets.
After this, the district, block and village level officers / employees will check whether the beneficiary has constructed two pit toilets according to the government map. If it is found in the investigation that the toilet has been constructed, then the government will send an incentive amount of 12 thousand rupees to the beneficiary’s bank account.
