IT company Infosys will acquire German-based digital marketing company ‘Auditi’ for $ 50 million (about Rs 419 crore). The settlement will be entirely in cash. Infosys said in a statement that as part of its digital experience and design offering, Oddity will become part of ‘Wongdoody’.
With this agreement, the company will join Wongdoody’s network of studios in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Providence, Houston and London, and design centers in five cities in India.
Earlier in the year 2018, IT company Infosys had acquired American company Wongdoody for $75 million. This company provides creative and marketing services. According to Infosys, the acquisition of Ouditi is expected to be completed in the first quarter of FY 2022-23.

Increased buying of shares: Meanwhile, Infosys share buying has increased. On the second trading day of the week, the share price of Infosys rose 1.87 percent to the level of Rs 1887.30. The company’s share price was at a level of Rs 1,953.70 on January 17, which is the highest level of 52 weeks.
