New Delhi. A big news is coming out regarding the insurance company Life Insurance Corporation of India i.e. LIC. If any of you are associated with LIC as an agent or staff. So this news is very important for you. Actually, on Monday, the Central Government has given good news to the agents and employees of LIC. The Center has made four big announcements giving good news to LIC agents. The benefit which is going to be given to the staff of LIC or all the agents. These include increase in gratuity limit, term insurance cover, agent renewable commission and uniform family pension. The Finance Ministry has also issued a notification regarding this.
This good news has been given by the Finance Ministry itself through social media platform X. The ministry said that more than 3 lakh LIC agents and more than 1 lakh regular staff will get it. First- Gratuity of LIC agents has been increased, that is, now they will get increased from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 5 lakh. This will improve the working conditions of the agents and will also provide a lot of benefits.

Apart from gratuity increase, another benefit is that LIC agents come again after appointment. At the same time, approval has been given by the Finance Ministry to make them eligible for renewal commission. This will also create financial stability in the coming days.

It has also been decided to increase the term insurance cover for LIC agents. According to the notification, now its range has been increased from Rs 3000-10,000 to Rs 25,000-1,50,000.
Fourth-
Apart from this, the biggest benefit that the government has taken in the interest of LIC employees is that now the employees will get family pension at the rate of 30 percent.
