Star 9 Mobility was given the responsibility
Last month, M/s Star9 Mobility Pvt Ltd was selected as the successful bidder in the tender process for Pawan Hans. The tie-up includes M/s Big Charter Pvt Ltd, M/s Maharaja Aviation Pvt Ltd and Almus Global Opportunity Fund. Star9 Mobility had placed a bid of Rs 211.14 crore for the purchase of Pawan Hans, which is slightly higher than the reserve price of Rs 199.92 crore.

An order was passed by the NCLT last month against Almus Global, which was involved in this alliance. The Kolkata-based company is accused of not making payments to its lenders as per the approved resolution proposal.
