Earlier, in December 2021, the mobile tariff was increased. Despite this, there was an increase in the active customer base.
Enthused by this, telecom companies are again preparing to increase the tariff. Experts say that based on the conclusion of the data of the last few months, it can be said that only those customers who are using two or three connections are leaving the companies.
What experts say: Telecom sector experts say Bharti Airtel is focusing on increasing the average earnings per subscriber. At the same time, Reliance Jio is emphasizing on increasing the number of customers on its network. According to experts, the outlook for the telecom sector looks very strong despite another hike in tariffs.

In February, the number of active subscribers of Reliance Jio stood at 94 percent, which is the highest level ever.
