Tata group chairman N Chandrasekaran and his family have bought a duplex worth Rs 98 crore in a luxury tower located on Peddar Road, Mumbai. According to a TOI report, N Chandrasekaran has bought duplexes on the 11th and 12th floors of the luxury tower named 33 South. It is a 28 storey building located near Jaslok Hospital in South Mumbai. Here Chandrashekhar and his family were living on lease in this tower for the last 5 years. Let us tell you that ’33 South’ tower is next to Mukesh Ambani’s ‘Antilia’.
Earlier we were paying 20 lakh rupees for this duplex
The total carpet area of this duplex on 11th and 12th floor is spread over 6000 square feet. According to sources, N Chandrasekaran and his family were living in this duplex for the last five years and for this they were paying rent of Rs 20 lakh every month. However, now the Tata Group chairman N Chandrasekaran has become the owner of this luxury duplex. A person with knowledge of the matter said, “Chandrasekaran had shifted to 33 South condominiums since he became the chairman of Tata Sons on February 21, 2017.

This luxurious tower was built in 2008
This deal was done three days ago in the name of Chandrasekaran, his wife Lalita and son Pranav. The deal has been done for Rs 1.6 lakh per sq ft. Let us tell you that this luxurious tower was built in the year 2008 by Bhojwani and Vinod Mittal. This duplex has been sold by builder Sameer Bhojwani’s controlled company Jeevesh Developers Pvt Ltd.
