New Delhi. The budget session of the Parliament is about to start from today i.e. January 31, where PM Modi arrived and gave his speech. Talking about it, the country’s woman President Draupadi Murmu has also reached to deliver her speech. Today Draupadi Murmu will also have her first address in the joint sitting of both the Houses. After this, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey in Parliament at 1 pm. The first phase of the budget session will continue till February 13 and the second phase will start from March 13 till April 6. There will be 27 sittings during this budget session.
