New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath today distributed loans to the beneficiaries of Gorakhpur and Basti Mandal under the Chief Minister’s Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign. Under this campaign, interest free loan of up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided to one lakh new entrepreneurs in a year. Additional facilities for Scheduled Castes, Tribes and Women have been provided in this.

UP CM said that with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a campaign to prepare 10 lakh new youth entrepreneurs in Uttar Pradesh. To complete this campaign, the UP government launched the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana on 24 January 2025. It has been only 1.5 months since this scheme came into force, that is, it has not been even two months. In this short period, we had to add 1 lakh entrepreneurs in a year, but we have already received about 2 lakh 54 thousand 793 applications.

In a program organized in Gorakhupar, Yogi also visited an exhibition related to Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign. Yogi Adityanath said at the inauguration of ‘Joint Credit Camp’, India has seen a new India under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi in the last 10 years. This India is India to lead the world. The youth of our country have made India the 5th largest economy in the world under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and India will become the third major economy in the world in the next 2 years.

Yogi said, when this scheme was being made, I was confident that our youth have vision but lack of capital. We decided that the compulsion of the youth will not be compulsory and will put their vision on the ground. That is why the Chief Minister started the Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign.
