Assistant Professor recruitment: Allahabad High Court has modified the order of Single Bench allowing Dr. Preeti Pandey to appear in the interview for Assistant Professor recruitment in Allahabad University. The court has directed Preeti Pandey to file a reply by May 16 on the petition and Preeti Pandey to file the reply affidavit in three days.
This order has been given by the division bench of Justice SP Kesarwani and Justice Jayant Banerjee while disposing of the special appeal of the Registrar of Allahabad University and others. In the appeal, the order of May 5 of the single bench was challenged. The single bench had directed Preeti Pandey to appear in the interview of Assistant Professor Zoology.
Allahabad University Registrar and HOD summoned
The Allahabad High Court has summoned the Registrar of Allahabad University and the HOD of the Department of Rural Technology and Development.
