The main examination of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University will be on OMR only. The university has decided to conduct the exam on the basis of last year’s pattern. That is, the subjects whose examination was conducted on OMR last year. The examination of those subjects will be on OMR this time also. And the subjects whose papers were made subjective. The university will make the papers of all those subjects subjective in 2022 as well. This decision was taken in the meeting of the examination committee of the university held on Monday.
The meeting of the examination committee was held at Jupiter Bhawan located in Paliwal Park premises. The meeting was presided over by the Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Liked by Vinay Kumar Pathak The issue of the session 2021-22 main examination of the university was kept in the meeting. It was decided that the examinations of the second and third year of graduation, B.Com (Vocational), first year, second year and third year examinations would be conducted on the old method. That is, the question papers whose examination was based on OMR. She will be on OMR only. Rest of the examinations will be based on Detailed Answer Question Papers. This situation will remain in the post-masters first and second year examination also. In the meeting, Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajay Taneja, Controller of Examinations Ajay Krishna Yadav, President of OTA Dr. Omvir Singh, General Secretary Dr. Bhupendra Chikara, Principal of St. John’s College, Prof. SP Singh, Prof. Meenakshi Srivastava, Prof. Deepmala Srivastava, Dr. Preeti Johri and Dr. Renu Agarwal were present.
NEP semester examination will be held immediately after convocation
The subject of semester examination to be held under the new education policy was also placed before the examination committee of the university. The examination committee decided that the first semester examinations based on the National Policy on Education for BA, BSc and BCom would be started immediately after the convocation. For this the process of filling the exam form is going on.
Committee will settle objections to medals
The examination committee of the university has constituted a committee to settle the objections to the medals given in the convocation. The university has invited objections till March 15. The objections received during this period will be placed before the committee constituted by the examination committee. The Vice-Chancellor in the committee, Prof. Ajay Taneja, Dean Academics Prof. Sanjeev Kumar, Prof. Manoj Kumar Srivastava and a representative nominated by the Controller of Examinations.
