Raipur, In view of the infection of the epidemic of COVID-19, the state government has issued guidelines regarding teaching and study and examinations in the academic session 2021-22 in all government, private universities and government and non-government colleges of the state.
According to the instructions issued by the Higher Education Department of the State Government, the first and third semester examinations of all courses with semester system for the academic session 2021-22 should be conducted online, in blended mode. Detailed guidelines should be issued by the universities in this regard with the approval of their Executive Council.
In the issued instructions, it has been said that while banning the physical presence of the students with immediate effect, all the classes should be ensured through online method. Instructions should be issued to the academic-non-academic staff to be present by one-third roster method. On the days of roster duty, the teaching work should be taken by the academic staff from the college, and on the remaining days from the residence itself, online teaching work should be taken at the appointed time according to the time-table of the college.
It has been said in the guidelines that the non-academic work of the college will be done by the employees present in the college according to the roster duty, but all the remaining employees will cooperate in the work through the work from home method through telephone and online process. Under no circumstances, the head office will not be abandoned by the officer-employee without the sanction of leave and without the permission of the competent authority.
