In Aligarh district, a meeting was organized in the auditorium of Tikaram Kanya Inter College with senior police and administrative officers and center administrators regarding the UP board examination starting from March 24, in which emphasis was laid on conducting the examination without copying. Along with this, instructions were given to impose Rasuka on those who copy and get it done.
Additional District Magistrate Finance/Super Zonal Magistrate Vidhan Jaiswal said that for the last two years, the examinations have been conducted smoothly and efficiently, for which all the college administrators and principals deserve congratulations. But if a dummy candidate is not found anywhere in the examinations, if this happens then the responsibility of the center administrator will be fixed. All the Sector and Static Magistrates should reach their respective examination centers before the commencement of the examination. Additional District Magistrate Administration/Super Zonal Magistrate DP Pal directed the managers and principals to check the audio-video recording of all CCTV cameras, their direction and connectivity to the control room before the examination, failing which the instructions of the government should be followed. Considering the violation, strict action will be taken against them. He said that monitoring of examinations through CCTV is a very sensitive matter, all examinations at district and state level are being monitored online through the monitoring portal. All the Room Invigilators should display their ID cards during the exam. The Static Magistrate should reach his examination center on time and get the question paper opened in front of him. He said that NSA is not just for intimidation, but it shows the sensitivity of examinations. In such a situation, along with the officers, the entire responsibility of conducting peaceful and copy-free examinations lies with the college management. Joint Director of Secondary Education Jitendra Malik said that the center administrator has an important role in conducting the examinations in a transparent and fair manner.
One lakh seven thousand candidates will give the exam
District School Inspector Dr. Dharmendra Sharma has informed that a total of 153 examination centers have been set up in the district for high school and intermediate examinations, including 10 government schools, 62 non-government aided and 81 unaided schools. A total of 1,07,533 students will appear for the examinations, including 59391 in high school and 48142 in intermediate. He said that 03 super zonal, 07 zonal, 28 sector, 153 static magistrate along with 153 additional external center administrators have been deployed for effective inspection of examination centres. In the district, additional police force has been arranged at 71 examination centers keeping 15 examination centers in very sensitive and 56 in sensitive category. All city magistrates Pradeep Kumar Verma, all SDMs, sector and static magistrates along with the managers and principals of schools were present in the meeting.
