Board examinations of Intermediate and High School conducted by the Board of Secondary Education will start from March 24 and end on April 12. The Board is committed to curb the tendency/possibility of using unfair means (copying) in the examination.
The duty of center administrator / additional center administrator and room inspectors was imposed for the first time through online software at the examination centers to make the board examination of High School and Intermediate copy-free. After review at the government level and field inspection/supervision done by the officers of the government and directorate level, many facts have come to notice. In the Board Examination 2022 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, instructions were given to ensure the duty and attendance of room inspectors through software. In special circumstances, the District School Inspectors were given the right to change/modify the duty as per local requirement. But on behalf of the District School Inspector, not doing the above work himself, it has been given to the center administrators. Due to this, the duty of the room inspectors is being modified / changed arbitrarily on the part of the center administrators, which is against the intention of the mandate.
All the center administrators were directed that the duty of the room inspectors would be certified through software one hour before and after the commencement of the examination, but the presence of a large number of room inspectors engaged in the examination work has not been recorded. Due to this, the duty of the room inspectors engaged in the examination work is not being verified. Due to non-verification of duty, it will not be possible to pay their remuneration. Therefore, on the orders of the government in this regard, Additional Chief Secretary Aradhana Shukla has issued an order asking for strict compliance of the instructions.
The Additional Chief Secretary has said that the District School Inspector should immediately revise and change the duties of Center Administrator/Additional Center Administrator and Room Inspectors as per local requirement in special circumstances. Duty of 50 percent external and 50 percent internal room inspectors at examination centers. Under the instructions to be imposed, it should be ensured that the examination centers of the district where the above system has been violated should be rectified immediately within the above time-limit. Said that in the examination of 24 and 25, the presence of the room inspectors who have not been registered through the software, their attendance should be recorded on the software immediately. Co-District School Inspector RJ Maurya said that instructions have been issued in compliance with the order of the government.
