New Delhi. To make the future of the children bright, a new scheme is being implemented by the Yogi government, in which money is being given to the students of class 1 to class 8 to buy uniform shoes and bags. The government will transfer an amount of Rs 1100-1100 to the account of the next of kin of the students. Yogi government is going to start this scheme from today. About 1 crore 80 lakh students of the state will get the benefit of this scheme.
Why will the government send money?
The amount given to the students of classes 1-8 is being given considering their facilities. This money will be sent to the account of their parents through DBT. So that children can buy school bags, uniforms, shoes-socks, sweaters. Rs 1100-1100 will be sent to the account of the next of kin of each student. CM Yogi will launch the scheme at 5 pm today at his official residence 5 Kalidas Marg. The Prerna DBT app for this scheme was also launched in September. Under which the data has been fed with the Aadhar card of all the parents.

Two pairs of uniform – Rs 600
One pair of shoes and stocking – Rs.125
Sweater – Rs.200
School Bag Rs.175
