In a post describing her videos on YouTube, Khatija says that I grew up in Chennai in a multicultural family with different styles of music and friends from diverse backgrounds. I have always been fascinated by the wonders of life. As Maulana Rumi says ‘There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground, a thousand ways to go home again’. Amal, the main character of the video, was made with my urge to explore such experiences. I hope all of you will also find your own journey of experiences.
