New Delhi. A petition demanding the cancellation of CBFC recognition of the controversial film ‘Adipurush’ was filed in the Supreme Court, on which the court refused to hear today. The court bluntly said that the matter cannot be heard. The court said that CBFC does its work. This organization is free to do its work. Judiciary’s interference in this is unacceptable. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also stayed the order of the Allahabad High Court, in which the producer and director of the film were asked to appear in court in person. Let us tell you that earlier on July 12 there was a hearing on this film, but the court had reserved its verdict on it.
At the same time, before the Supreme Court, the matter was also heard in the Allahabad High Court. The court directed the producer, director and dialogue writer of the film to appear in the court. At the same time, the Central Government had also suggested to constitute a committee to consider the film. Along with this, the Supreme Court has stayed pending hearing on all the petitions filed against the film. It should be noted that in the past, petitions were filed in various courts demanding a ban on the film in the name of hurting religious sentiments. Note that this stand of the Supreme Court is being seen as a big relief for the team of Adipurush.
It should be noted that objection was raised on the unlimited dialogues of the actors of Adipurush. Hindu organizations had demanded a ban on the film, calling the dialogues anti-Hinduism. On the other hand, keeping in mind the protest of the people, the film’s dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir came in front of the media and talked about the amendment in the dialogue, after which the anger of the people subsided. However, before this he came in front of the media and said that he has not written any wrong dialogue, but he has written the Ramayana as he had heard it from his grandmother. After this, he had called his film not Ramayana, but Adipurush, about which there was a lot of controversy.
