ED has confiscated Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra’s property worth Rs 98 crore, including his Juhu flat. ED said that immovable and movable properties worth Rs 97.79 crore of Ripu Sudan Kundra have been provisionally attached under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) 2002. After the seizure of assets worth crores of rupees by ED, Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty have now shared their first post, which has created a stir on social media. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra are once again in the limelight due to their cryptic story.

The directorate has seized their assets worth Rs 97.79 crore in the Bitcoin fraud case, following which Raj and Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer issued a statement on their behalf. Now Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have shared cryptic notes on Instagram story. The businessman shared a picture of a lion roaring and talked about staying calm and achieving success after feeling insulted. On the other hand, Shilpa shared a picture of Sai Baba and wrote, ‘Om Sai Ram’ with the hashtag, ‘Dedication’.

Raj Kundra’s lawyer’s statement
In the statement issued by Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s lawyer, Shilpa and Raj argued that they will tell all the truth to the authorities related to the case and both are ready to cooperate with them. The star couple has also expressed hope for a fair investigation and said that they have full faith in the Indian judiciary system. It is written, ‘We will follow the due process of law and will tell the whole truth to ED for the freedom and property of our clients.’
Raj Kundra trapped in fraud case
Action has been taken against Raj Kundra in money laundering case. This case is related to fraud of investors’ money through the use of Bitcoin. ED investigation revealed that Raj Kundra had received 285 Bitcoins from Amit Bhardwaj, the mastermind and promoter of Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scam, to set up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine.
