The actress will soon be seen in ‘Zee Comedy Show’
Mumbai, (IANS)| Shah Rukh Khan’s 2007 sports drama ‘Chak De! Chitrashi Rawat of ‘India’, who became immensely popular for her portrayal of hockey player Komal Chautala, turned nostalgic as the film completed 14 years of its release on August 10. Talking about the same, Chitrashi told IANS, “It’s great when people remember you and your film. The film influenced a lot of people in a very positive way. Even now people remember ‘Chak De’. Encourage the players by saying ‘! It’s great to be a part of something so coveted!”
The actress informed how is she planning to celebrate the day? “Every year on August 10th, we girls get a call and we share our old stories that we used to do on set, it was so much fun! August is a special month for all the girls!”Chitrashi made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan, who played the coach of the Indian women’s hockey team in the film. The actress is keen to share the screen with the superstar once again.
“I really look forward to working with him again! It would be amazing to work with him again because, I feel like I’m probably a lot smarter and grown up now. When I worked with him, I was really young And I had no idea. However, I learned a lot watching him. Now working with him will be even more fun!” Talking in terms of films, Chitrashi will be seen in the latest television series ‘Zee Comedy Show’.
