Dilip Kumar aka Mohammad Yusuf Khan’s relationship with the King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan was very special. Dilip Kumar wanted Shahrukh as a son. Whenever Dilip Kumar’s health deteriorated, Shahrukh used to visit his house to meet him, to know his well being. Now that Dilip Kumar is no more, it is as if Shah Rukh Khan has lost his guardian. But on the relationship between Shahrukh Khan and Dilip Kumar, Saira Banu had said in one of her interviews that “They met during Shah Rukh Khan’s first film Dil Aashna Hai. Dilip sahib gave the ceremonial clap of the film. Shahrukh and Dilip Kumar have similar hair. Whenever I meet Shahrukh, I run my finger in his hair. Saira says if we had a son, we would have been like Shahrukh.

Let us tell you, after the death of Dilip Kumar, his wife Saira Banu will have full rights on his property. According to reports, the total assets of Dilip Kumar are said to be around 6800 crores. It is said that Shah Rukh Khan was in Dubai when Dilip Kumar died but as soon as he came to know about this news, he immediately left all work and reached Mumbai to attend the last rites of the actor.
