Popular comedian Kapil Sharma keeps looking for some opportunity to entertain his fans. He not only connects with his fans through his shows, but also appears in the role of host in many stage shows. He is bringing a show called ‘I’m Not Done Yet’ on Netflix, where he will be seen doing standup comedy. Standup comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi has interviewed Kapil about this new beginning.
In this interview, Kapil has introduced some anecdotes of his journey from his past life till now. This interview has been posted on the YouTube channel of Netflix India. In the beginning of the video, stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi gives an intro of ‘The Bassi Show’, in which he tells that Kapil Sharma is going to be his guest today. Bassi just said this when Kapil enters the show and says, “Guest… What guest, why are you copying us.” Responding to which Bassi says, “Hey you are coming to do a standup special, so I thought I copy you, take a little show’s feel, aa rahe ho na humari field mein?” The video starts with such laughing jokes. In this interview, Kapil has introduced the fans to the history of his life and also told about how his association with singing started.
Kapil also recalled his inter-college days where he participated in the youth festival. He did histonics on stage for the first time that day, which was also liked by the people. It was good to see the reaction of people coming from the act done by him. Kapil also told that his teachers used to call him useless, he believed that he does not know anything. But when even the teachers were laughing at his performance, he felt very happy to see this and then he felt that there is some talent in him too.

Apart from this, Kapil told that he had no plans to become a comedian. His father was in the army, so he tried there too but he could not succeed. He also told some things about his father. He said that his father was in the army but he was very fond of music and he was also known to many musicians. His father had also asked him to learn music, perhaps because his father would have tested the musician in him only then would have advised him to learn music.
