With this, the rent will increase by 7 percent every year. However, in the first year Karthik Aryan will pay only 7 lakh 50 thousand rent, after that in the second year that rent will increase from 7.5 lakh to 8.2 lakh and then in the third year it will be 8.58 lakh.
