New Delhi, Aug 21 (IANS) | Milind Soman is known to set benchmarks every day with his fitness goals. At the age of 55, the sporty actor-model recently started a 416-km eight-day run from Mumbai to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat.
Milind has broken many stereotypes in his life. From bold photoshoots to running barefoot marathons during her early modeling days, she has done it all. In a conversation with IANS, Milind said, “I give a lot of importance to sports and how it has shaped my life and made me that kind of person. It gives you a confidence in your ability..what do you do? and what are you good at.”
He said, “In life, people doubt things like, ‘Am I doing the right thing?’ I think when you do sports, you understand your body, mind and soul. You have better confidence and knowledge of what to do. You don’t really get influenced by people who say ‘Oh, You shouldn’t do this, because you can fall, anything can happen’.” Milind was earlier seen in the OTT series ‘Paurashpur’. He will be seen as a judge in ‘MTV Supermodel of the Year 2’ along with Malaika Arora and Anusha Dandekar.
