Earlier this bungalow was named after late actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Raj.

Now news is coming that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are going to name this bungalow after their daughter Raha Kapoor. In such a situation, Raha will get the title of being the richest star kid of Bollywood industry.

After the completion of the construction work, the cost of the house will be more than Rs 250 crore.
