New Delhi, Aug 13 (IANS) | Pankaj Tripathi is a name that everyone knows today. It would be no mistake to call him a star as he has enthralled the audience with his realistic and powerful acting on the silver screen and OTT. The actor says he is living beyond what he had dreamed ahead. The 44-year-old actor, who shot to fame with the two-part crime thriller “Gangs of Wasseypur”, says his dream was small as he only wanted to do good work and cinema.
Ask Pankaj, who graduated from the National School of Drama in 2004, if he thinks he is living his dream now? He told IANS, “Yes, you can say that. The work I am busy with is like a dream state. My dream was actually smaller than that. I am living much further than what I actually dreamed. ” The actor, who was born in Bihar’s Gopalganj district, said, “It’s more real than real because you haven’t even imagined that something like this will happen. So, I don’t know if it’s real or real.”
Pankaj is now awaiting the release of his next film ’83’ directed by Kabir Khan. The film is about India’s victory in the 1983 Cricket World Cup under the captaincy of Kapil Dev.
