The film ‘The Kashmir Files’ is constantly in the news. Some people are accusing this film of dissolving poison in the society and spreading propaganda. The film is getting the support of a large number of people. This low budget film has made a record in terms of earnings. Meanwhile, Vivek Agnihotri has shared a video of himself, which people are praising a lot.
In the video, Vivek Agnihotri is saying that “When I was making the film, people said that you have become mad? You will die But I had to accept it, it was acceptable to die. India’s fifty-fifty old problems are going on because people are afraid to talk about it. We glorified dacoits, we glorified naxal people, glorified samglers, we glorified terrorists, this is sad. No one becomes a terrorist by persecution.”
Vivek Agnihotri further says that “Yasin Malik was not persecuted by anyone, Hafiz Saeed was not persecuted by anyone, Burhan Wani was not persecuted by anyone, Afzal Guru was not persecuted by anyone and I do not have much research on Kashmir. I have exposed this lie on which business was done for 32 years. Build a new India, the future is in your hands.
People are sharing this video a lot on social media and giving their reactions on it. A user named Dr. Sushma wrote that “Kashmiri Pandits have been subjected to atrocities for centuries, in fact since the 14th century, they did not become terrorists.” A user named Rajendra wrote that “Bollywood glorified dacoits, smugglers, naxalites, terrorists on one hand and on the other started a series of insults to Hinduism and Hindus.”
A user named Amit Tewatia wrote that “You are right, if a terrorist became a terrorist due to persecution, then Kashmiri Pandits would also have picked up AK-47.” A user named Ajit wrote that “Everything has been shown well in your film but what the government is doing for Kashmiri Pandits keep updating about it as well because we are only getting the update of your film’s earnings.” A user named Bipin Shah wrote that “Such truth. Jews were being persecuted for centuries. They did not become terrorists. Although I do not believe it, Litbard would like to make us believe that Dalits (I also reject this word as it was coined only to divide us) were oppressed. They didn’t become terrorists.”
A user named Ankita Anand wrote that “Shame on me for being unaware of all this. Sadly, we were living in an era when it was good to be anti-national. Woke me up to the reality of India.” A user named Lokesh wrote that “If someone became a terrorist due to persecution, then today Kashmiri Pandits would also be terrorists.”
