New Delhi. A sad news is coming out from the Bollywood world. Actually, famous actor Rio Kapadia died on Thursday. He breathed his last at the age of 66. It is being told that actor Rio Kapadia was suffering from cancer for a long time and today he suddenly said goodbye to the world due to heart attack. The actor’s death has been confirmed by close friends and family. Rio has won everyone’s heart with her acting in the TV world. He has worked with Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan. Let us tell you that Rio Kapadia has appeared in many hit films like ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, ‘Chak De India’, ‘Happy New Year’ and ‘Khuda Hafiz’. Apart from this, he has also appeared in the serials ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke’ and ‘Mahabharat’.
The funeral will take place on 15th September
According to a close friend, Rio Kapadia breathed his last on 14 September 2023 at 12.30 am. His last rites will be performed at Shiv Dham crematorium in Goregaon, Mumbai on 15 September 2023 at 11 am. After the demise of Rio, a mountain of grief has fallen on the family members. After receiving the news of the actor’s death, many actors from the film industry are paying tribute to him through social media.
Actor Rio was much less active on social media. His last post on Instagram was 14 weeks ago. His fan following on Insta was very less. Talking about his family, he has his wife Maria and two children Aman and Veer. Last time he was seen in the web series ‘Made in Heaven- 2’ released on OTT. In this, Rio Kapadia played the role of Mrunal Thakur’s father. Apart from this, Ryo was also fond of sketching. He used to make sketches of many stars including Amitabh, Rishi Kapoor, Sridevi and share them on social media.
