Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal.
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has been in the news for the last few days due to her marriage. The actress recently had an interfaith marriage with Zaheer Iqbal, due to which she has been subjected to tremendous trolling. Sonakshi closed the comment section on her wedding photos to avoid any kind of negative comments. Not only this, she neither got married according to Hindu nor Muslim customs. Zaheer-Sonakshi opted for civil marriage and got married on June 23 at Shatrughan Sinha’s house in Bandra. However, even after this, the actress was constantly targeted on social media. Examples of ‘love jihad’ were presented to her.
Did Sonakshi respond to the trolls?
But, now it seems that Sonakshi has tried to respond to the trolls who are criticizing her interfaith marriage on social media. The actress has re-shared a post on her Instagram story in which love is described as a “universal religion”. Actually, graphic artist and founder of Graphicory, Prasad Bhatt, recently shared a post with a picture of Sonakshi and Zaheer, to which Sonakshi has reacted.

Sonakshi-Zaheer closed the comment section and shared the wedding photos

What did Shatrughan Sinha say?
Regarding the protest against Sonakshi-Zaheer’s marriage, Shatrughan Sinha said- ‘Anand Bakshi sahab has written something about such professional protesters – Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna. I would like to add something more to it – if the person saying something is useless, worthless, then saying itself becomes work.’
