Recently, apart from the entire cast of Deepika Padukone and Prabhas starrer film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, many stars from the industry attended the promotional event. Apart from Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas, Big B was also seen in this event, directed by Nag Ashwin. Amitabh Bachchan also narrated an anecdote related to his old film in the promotional event of Kalki film, about how an actor had to wait for weeks to watch his film.

Amitabh gave ticket to Kamal Haasan
During the promotional event of Kalki 2898 AD in Mumbai, stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hasan, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas were seen. Meanwhile, when the film’s producer Ashwini gave the first ticket of the film to Amitabh Bachchan, the host asked whom Big B wants to give this ticket to. Amitabh Bachchan quickly replied, ‘I will give this ticket to my brother and friend Kamal Hasan.’ After this, he also gave the ticket to the South star.

As soon as he got the ticket, Kamal Haasan said that if only Amitabh Bachchan had given me this ticket 49 years ago, then maybe I could have seen the first show of Sholay on the first day. During that time, I had to wait for 3 weeks to see Sholay. I was desperate. Amitabh shared an old story through this ticket at the event.
