Actually, during a conversation with We Are Yuva, Tabu was asked about the salary of male and female actors. On which the actress said that people should ask these questions to those who pay higher fees to male actors. The actress reacted sharply to this as soon as she heard the question and said- ‘Everyone in the media questions the equality of fees with female actors. Every journalist asks this question only to women. Meaning, you know that male actors get more money for their work and female actors get less.’

Continuing her talk, Tabu further says- ‘So when you already know that female actors get less salary, then why are you asking me this question? How can I answer this question? Yes, I can definitely say that I hate the fact that I am getting less money for my work. Or I can say that I am satisfied with the money I am getting. Why do you people ask these questions only to female actors, why not to male actors? Why don’t you ask them why they get more money? This would be an interesting perspective.’

Talking about the opening day collection of this film directed by Neeraj Pandey, it has got a very slow opening.
