Vidya said, ‘In the last few days, I have also received calls from producers who replaced me in their films. But I also refused them with great love. I was kicked out of 13 films. One such producer had thrown me out of the film and treated me very badly. He made me feel so bad that I couldn’t muster up the courage to look at myself in the mirror for 6 months.

Then I came to know that I was also removed from Balachandra’s film and was not even told. I suspected this when we had to go to New Zealand for the shoot of the film but they didn’t even ask for my passport. When my mother called Balachandra’s daughter, it came to know that I had been fired.
