new Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben said goodbye to the world early this morning. At the age of 100, he breathed his last in a hospital in Ahmedabad. Ever since the news came out, there has been a wave of mourning and everyone is paying tribute to Hiraba in their own way. From politicians to Bollywood celebs have also expressed grief over his demise. Many stars including Vivek Agnihotri, Shahnaz Gill, producer of Kashmir Files expressed grief through social media.

Paying tribute to Heeraba, actor Anupam Kher wrote – “Respected Prime Minister @narendramodi ji! Saddened and distraught to hear about the demise of your mother Shri #Heeraba ji. Your love and respect for her is evident in the world. No one will be able to fill her place in your life! But you are the son of Mother India! The blessings of every mother of the country are on you. My mother too!” While paying tribute to Hiraba, Vivek wrote- “My condolences are with PM Modi ji in this sad time. The Karmayogi life of the mother of the son of Mother India will continue to inspire us all. Centenary salutations. Om Shanti.”

Apart from this, BJP leaders and actors Ravi Kishan, Kangana Ranaut, Kapil Sharma, Sonu Sood and Akshay Kumar have also paid tribute to Heeraba with moist eyes. Significantly, Hiraba was admitted to the hospital only after the problem of phlegm and difficulty in breathing. Doctors were telling his condition was stable but this morning he said goodbye to the world.
