Mumbai. ’12th Fail’, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, was one of the most successful films released last year. Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankar played lead roles in the film. After its release at the box office as well as on OTT, it garnered appreciation from the audience. This film is based on the life of IRS Inspector Manoj Kumar Sharma and his IPS officer wife Shraddha Joshi. The film was recently released in China. It is getting good response there also. Vikrant, Medha and director Vidhu are enjoying the success of the film.
Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankar revealed in an interview to Bollywood Instant that whenever they performed well on the sets, Vidhu Vinod Chopra used to give them rewards. He used to give Rs 100 to those who performed well on the set. Medha said that there was no competition on the set but still there was a debate as to who gets the most notes and wins.

Medha Shankar said, “There was no competition, but for the first time when I got a Rs 100 note, I was very happy. And used to show it to everyone on the set. The actress also revealed to Vikrant that she was the one who had won the first note. Medha said that winning Rs 100 in front of Vikrant was a big achievement for her.
Vikrant Massey earned a total of Rs 380
Vikrant Massey said that he received a total of Rs 380 as reward from Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Vikrant said, “I think in total I earned about Rs 380 till the end of the film. Meanwhile, Medha Shankar said, “I did not calculate the money I won. At the same time, Vikrant said jokingly that he has to take Rs 20 from Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
