She wants to follow in her father’s footsteps and achieve the same position. Nawaz himself has told his fans about this.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui remains in the news not only for his films but also for his personal life. Recently, during an interview, Nawaz talked about his 14-year-old daughter Shora. He said that Shora is training herself to become an actress and at the age of 14, she folded her hands in front of her teacher for admission in the school performing arts faculty and she has been watching world cinema since the age of 14.
Nawazuddin said his daughter wants to become an actress
Talking to Film Companion, Nawazuddin said, “My daughter is currently undergoing training. She went and got herself admitted to the Performing Arts Faculty. She folded her hands and said to the teacher, ‘I want to learn acting.’ Nawazuddin also told how Shora will perform a play in her final year. For this, she is training herself. He said, ‘She is doing all this herself. The actor also said that although he has never told Shora anything about making a career in acting, but he is supporting his daughter’s passion in every way.’
She doesn’t take any tips from her father
When Nawaz was further asked whether he gives acting tips to his daughter or does she come to him for tips, Nawaz said, ‘No, ghar ki murgi dal barabar hoti na. She watches a lot of movies, she watches world cinema. She is only 14 and she watches a movie every day. She once showed me a small glimpse of her performance, so I asked her how she did it. Shora said – Papa, I am doing full preparation, I watch movies. So it is like this, this is her passion, so what else can I say.’
